Chocolate-Peanut Butter Protein Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup nonsweet vanilla soybean milk
  • ¾ cup sliced frozen banana
  • ½ cup reduced-fat plain Greek dairy product
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon natural spread

Directions

1- Combine soybean milk, banana, yogurt, chocolate and spread during a mixer; blend till sleek.
