Ingredients:
- 1 medium apple, sliced
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 4 cups apple cider
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 cup maple syrup
Method of Preparation:
1. Pour the apple cider into a saucepan.
2. Incorporate the maple syrup, slices of apple, peppercorns and slices of orange.
3. Over medium low heat, bring the ingredients to a gentle simmer.
4. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
5. Serve in mugs.
