Cherry Ice Cream

Ingredients:


  • 14 ounces condensed milk, sweetened
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup cherries, stones removed


Directions:

1.  In a bowl, beat the heavy cream well using a hand mixer.
2.  Add the milk, vanilla, graham crackers and the cherries, fold them gently, transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and freeze for 8 hours before serving.
