Strawberry Smoothie

Time: 5 minutes

I generally don’t like to replace meals with smoothies, but this one is high in
protein and low in points thanks to the protein powder and oatmeal. I also
like the recipe because you can adapt it with any fruit you want to make a
blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, or multi-berry smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup instant oatmeal
  • 1 ½ cups skim milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 60 grams unsweetened protein powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Serve!
