Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:
  • 14 ounces condensed milk, unsweetened
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup pound cake, chopped

Directions:
1.  In a bowl, beat the heavy cream really well using your hand mixer.
2.  Add strawberries, milk and the pound cake and fold them gently.
3.  Pour this into a loaf pan, spread well and keep in the freezer for 5 hours before serving.
