Easy Watermelon Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar


Directions:
1.  In a blender, mix the watermelon with the milk, vanilla and the sugar, and pulse well.
2.  Pour this into a loaf pan and freeze for 3 hours before serving.
