Ingredients:
- 9 ounces cream cheese, soft
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 15 ounces condensed milk, sweetened
- ½ cup red velvet cake, baked and crumbled
Directions:
1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with your hand mixer.
2. Add condensed milk, cream and vanilla extract and blend well.
3. Fold in the red velvet cake, toss gently, pour the mixture into a loaf pan and freeze for 8 hours before serving.
